Lahore, Pakistan: The Leaders Network Pakistan, in collaboration with Business Line—a leading technology and outsourcing company and an SAP Partner—successfully hosted the inaugural Global Outlook Exchange, an exclusive leadership forum designed to foster meaningful dialogue among senior voices from business, government, technology, media, and the diplomatic community.
Powered by Business Line, the event convened CEOs, entrepreneurs, policymakers, senior corporate executives, diplomats and thought leaders for an evening of insightful discussion, strategic networking and the exchange of ideas on the forces shaping Pakistan’s economic and business landscape.

The forum featured Dr. Salman Ahmed, Global Head of Macro & Strategic Asset Allocation at Fidelity International, who delivered a keynote examining the global economic outlook, emerging market dynamics and the structural reforms required for Pakistan to transition from economic resilience to sustainable long-term growth.
Speaking during the session, Dr. Salman Ahmed said:
“Pakistan’s future will not be shaped by managing crises more efficiently, but by building the foundations for long-term growth. A broader tax base, productive investment, stronger institutions and a long-term policy horizon are essential if the country is to move from economic survival to sustained economic ascent.”
The forum also explored how digital transformation, artificial intelligence, enterprise technologies and data-driven decision-making are reshaping business competitiveness worldwide, while highlighting the importance of innovation and collaboration in preparing Pakistani enterprises for the future.
Nabeel Ahmed, CEO, Business Line Pakistan, said:
“At Business Line, we believe technology is only one part of transformation. Lasting progress is driven by informed leadership, meaningful dialogue and the exchange of ideas. As we expand our presence in Pakistan, we are proud to partner with The Leaders Network to create a platform where business leaders, policymakers and innovators can engage in conversations that shape the country’s future. This collaboration reflects our commitment to contributing not only through technology, but by fostering the leadership ecosystem that will define Pakistan’s next chapter.”
Stetson Sanders, U.S. Consul General in Lahore, said:
“The United States values its longstanding economic partnership with Pakistan, and strengthening our trade and business ties remains an important part of that relationship. Initiatives such as the Select USA Investment Summit provide valuable opportunities to deepen commercial en-gagement, encourage investment and build stronger connections between businesses in both countries.”
The event underscored the shared commitment of Business Line and The Leaders Network Pakistan to establishing a premier platform for leadership dialogue across business, economy, technology, artificial intelligence, innovation, public policy and global affairs.
By bringing together influential decision-makers in an intimate setting, the inaugural Global Outlook Exchange reinforced the importance of collaboration, knowledge-sharing and informed dialogue in shaping Pakistan’s economic future. Both organizations intend to build on this momentum through future engagements that encourage cross-sector collaboration and contribute to the country’s long-term growth and competitiveness.
